Re: Sunday 6/29
How long this trek going to be Walt? I'm pretty excited!! Here's a couple more recent updates I found from http://bushducks.com/tripreps/passopen.htm
Lead King Basin
6/15/14 - Loop not open due to snow on upper road from Avalanche. But you can get back into Lead king Basin by lower road passed the Mill and town of Crystal. 90% dry 10% wet in areas
Schofield pass
6/17/14 - Not passable. I drove in from Marble. While the rock slide can be driven over, a large snow drift covers the trail just above the bottom of the Punchbowl.
6/15/14 - Not open. Very Large rock slide closed road 1 mile above the town of Crystal.

Hoping the snow drift's are melted in the 2 weeks. Especiaaly since it's at the summit. When We did it with Lucas last year it was less than 4 hours I'd say.

Crystal and LeadKing basin make a loop, Scofield is a spur off where Crystal and LeadKing meet.
If you look at my original post, the trail names are links to trail damage pages describing them if you click on them
