OURAY TRIP AUG 7-10TH

So time to share. Drove into Ouray Thurs afternoon Aug 7th, with one other Jeeper from Dotsero.

Nicole, the kids, and I stayed at Riverside Inn cabins. awesome spot. Wife loves water...

We had smores and adults drank a few around the fire Thurs night, and rallied early Friday morning for our first trip out. Coffee first..

I had not been down to the San Juans in 2 summers so I was jonesing at daylight.. plus the weather was AWESOME for us all weekend. ANYWAY..

im not sure what all the fuss is. this section was actually easy and plenty wide. ive had WAY closer pucker spots.

after Imogene we called it a day. The wife and I went to the Hot Springs pool for the afternoon, then drank a few micro brews while watching the moon rise over the cabins..
Day 1 was in the books.....

Day 2!! The Alpine Loop. Saturday morning would increase the fun as the second half of our group arrived from GJ.

After Engineer we made our way to Lake City for lunch, then returned to Silverton by Mosquito pass. However im having issues finding those pictures now. We all went back to camp and drank brews and chilled till late into the night.. All in all an awesome weekend
